Shares of Boeing and Walt Disney are retreating Wednesday afternoon, propelling the Dow Jones Industrial Average selloff. The Dow DJIA, -2.05% was most recently trading 608 points, or 2.0%, lower, as shares of Boeing BA, -3.97% and Walt Disney DIS, -3.85% are contributing to the index's intraday decline. Boeing's shares are down $9.13 (4.5%) while those of Walt Disney have dropped $7.09 (4.2%), combining for an approximately 107-point drag on the Dow. Also contributing significantly to the decline are Merck MRK, -3.96%, McDonald's MCD, -3.89%, and Visa V, -3.48%. A $1 move in any of the Dow's 30 components results in a 6.58-point swing.
