Bidstack Group PLC on Wednesday appointed Thomas Bullen as chief financial officer and said current interim CFO Bhavesh Hirani will resume his role as head of finance.

The in-game brand activation platform said Mr. Bullen, who joins from AdColony, will be appointed to the board in due course subject to the necessary regulatory requirements.

Shares at 0849 GMT rose 0.08 pence, or 4.5%, at 1.75 pence.
