VinFast Trading and Production计划与Future Investment Research and Development合并。交易完成后，Future Investment将不再作为独立实体存在，其资产、权利和义务将全部由VinFast Trading and Production承接。
VinFast Trading and Production是VinFast Auto旗下负责制造业务的主体，运营公司位于海防和河静的汽车工厂。此次合并完成后，该公司的注册资本预计将增至约214万亿越南盾。
从交易结构来看，这次合并主要是将Future Investment的资产和相关权益进一步并入VinFast的核心制造平台，从而扩大VinFast Trading and Production的资本规模，并进一步集中制造相关资产。
